What a treasure! We just happened onto the Hotel Frederick and can't wait to go back. It is so refreshing to see someone pour their love into a treasure of this magnitude. We loved the restored architecture, the woodwork, the antiques and the geneeral ambiance of the hotel. We will be coming back to explore the local wineries and antique shops of the area and of course The Fred.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, it was all great and that is the only way to express my opinion. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was great, rooms clean and plenty of space. This hotel had "personality"

We arrived in the area prior to our check in time and was greeted graciously and
professionally as well as personally.... The Clerk, visited with us, and took care of our bikes by putting them in the basement for safe keeping. We drove into
Columbia for the Roots N Blues Festival returning late. We had a late dinner outdoors to watch the moon eclipse.. We were always greeted with just that personal touch. We enjoyed our room, the view, the peacefulness of the hotel.
we would deffinately recommend staying at the Frederick and also intend to
stay there again. Maybe make it a once a year get-a-way.

Kate of Kansas City, MO writes… Beautiful Get-Away in Comfort & Style!

We have stayed at The Hotel Frederick a number of times on a weekend get-away to the Katy Trail and have always had a very nice experience. The hotel is charming and the rooms are stylishly and comfortably furnished. The staff are always very friendly, and even shared their recipe for a fabulous coffee cake. The breakfast is a very nice added treat, and is delicious! Thanks for another memorable experience.

Have always wanted to stay at this hotel but the situation has never presented itself. It did Friday night. So amazed at how clean the hotel is given its age. Unbelievably renovated but in a way that has preserved the historical and what is probably the original everything about the hotel. Well worth the price. Was surprised at the glass bathroom - not sure if every room has that but some type of shade to pull down would be nice. Would highly recommend staying here and plan on doing so again. Boonville is also a nice town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Frederick last weekend. Your staff, Lynn, and Patience were great. From taking pictures of our group to opening the bike storage to breakfast service. We enjoyed them all. The meals in the restaurant were delightful, especially Patience. Her smile kept us coming back.
Slept well, met new friends from the trail, and plan on coming back.

The Frederick is more than a lodging stay. It is an experience of history and personal attention in an elegant setting. The room updates are done in a way that maintains their classic features while providing modern convenience. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Even the e-mail reminders are well done. Great stay!

This is not our first nor our last trip to Hotel Frederick. As before we were as impressed this time as we were during our first stay....perfect service, great food and what can we say about the pub, "Fred".....perfect.

Coming to the Frederick and Boonville to us is like coming home again, we love it.

Thanks again to the staff for another wonderful long weekend.

See you all soon.

My husband and I loved the hotel. Stayed after a visit to Warm Springs Ranch where the Clydesdales are bred. Visited a winery and walked Katy Trail. Everything was close to hotel. Didn't get to try Fred's because they had a private event! Maybe next time. If you like historic hotels this is for you!

My Mom & Sister & I had a wonderful overnight stay in the top corner room 12!

We absolutely LOVED the view and the unique feel to our room! Loved the entire hotel & Staff!! Everybody was so accommodating and friendly and fun!

The breakfast with homemade items, was such a treat! So yummy and we even got the recipes! :)

The town shops were so fun too & the things they tell you to go see in the town too like the old time jail from the 30s and where hangings took place... so interesting.

WE had an AWESOME time and really hated to leave. Didn't even want to check out!! :(

Thanks so much for everything!
