We loved the Hotel Frederick, from the adorable rooms, to the cozy lounge and delicious food at Glenn's Cafe. We were sad that we hadn't booked two nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even storing our bikes in the hotel basement overnight. We will be back!
Great rooms uniquely their own - great staff that are so helpful and friendly front desk, kitchen, lounge - everyone excellent job!!! Clean and cozy rooms with just the right touches. Well done restoring and maintaining the hotel built in 1905, riverview rooms are so awesome!!! Thanks for a relaxing visit!!!!
This was my second stay at your hotel. It reminds me of my grade school in Memphis, Tn. And the little town there is so fun. I road the KATY TRAIL and we had our bikes with us which was not a problem. We appreciated the courteous staff, and loved the bartender....so fun! And he makes a great dirty martini. Thanks!
We were very pleased with our room and the great staff at the hotel. The bed was probably the best we had slept on away from home in quite a while. Will be back again and again.
The a Hotel Frederick is a lovely place. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff couldn't have been more accomodating. We loved the special touches of scented soap in the room and a generous breakfast the next morning. And, of course, the bathrooms are very unique! After riding the Katy Trail all day, the Hotel Frederick was the perfect place to rest our tired bodies. We look forward to staying here again.
We have recently been exploring sites in our own State of Missouri and discovered Hotel Frederick, which is located just a few hours from where we live. My husband and I enjoyed the classic charm of the hotel. The beautiful and reminiscent features of the historic hotel were maintained in the renovation, while incorporating a unique, full bathroom to each remodeled room which is decorated with period pieces of furniture--an inviting and evocative final effect. At the same time, we felt very comfortable and welcomed at this hotel. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff fosters a cheerfulness and friendliness in the guests. We look forward to staying there again.
The room and the staff were great. We also had a fantastic meal at Glenn's.
Our vacation time this fall was short so we decided to do something close to home. We spent 3 days in Boonville just relaxing and enjoying the sights around town. The Hotel Frederick was the perfect choice. The rooms, the nostalgia, the hotel help and the other guests made for a wonderful stay! We will definitely recommend it to our friends and hope to get to stay there again.
We are riding the Katy Trail and experienced some problems that put us a day behind schedule. The hotel was nice enough to change our day, and were so friendly when we got here! Great old hotel that's been remodeled and is definitely a different experience. We will stay here again!
We enjoyed the Hotel Fredrick very much. The history and rooms were spectacular. One suggestion for room 17, the doors were very unique with the frosted window panes in the door, however, this let a lot of light in from the hallway and made it difficult to sleep with the lights on. If there were some shades or curtains of some type to block the hall lights would make for a more consistent dark and sleep conducive room. Other than that it was very nice. The breakfast was great and convenient.
